I dilated from 0 everything to 3cm, and 100% thinned in 3 days. I swear it was the exercise ball and the deep clean. Literally on all foura cleaning every nuck and crany, up and down the step ladder washing the walls. I went all out.

@beakymcspence, if I had a treadmill I would so use it 😂 I might just have to go outside 😊 do any of your patients find the exercise ball to be beneficial?

I always hear the treadmill works for some of my patients if you can tolerate a slow trot lol not a run.
