All of the skin doesn't automatically just stay stretched. Your body will likely heal at least somewhat. But yes, lots of toning.

I bought a belly band for after birth, it’s suppose to help you suck everything back in and reshape your pelvis

@bbymomma it should although I stayed huge till like a month after I quit bf then they went back to normal

Definitely plan on breastfeeding. My nips are almost always super puffy nowadays, hopefully it goes down after a while of bf
