Anyone else’s kids freaking out about going back to school tomorrow. My daughter cried for an hour and a half before finally falling asleep.
She’s starting grade one....full days...hoping drop off at the school goes well!

I think because it's big girl class now she's probably nervous and not really sure what to expect.. My daughter was the same way but she had every right.. I snook upstairs and listened to the teacher the first week of school and she was a total evil bitch. I heard her and seen the fright on the kids face as I made the shhh sign 🙊. She pointed out that a little boy wasnt too bright because of the question she had asked him earlier which I didn't hear but I heard her mocking the child and humiliating him in front of the class. I called my daughter out of the class went to the principal and laid the details to her and asked for her transcripts to be ready as she will no longer be attending this school.

School fees Having an intense debate on Facebook about school fees for public school. I'm in the "stop whining about school fees and stop having kids if you can't afford them" camp and there is the other camp of "free school is a constitutional right! It's bull s*** we have to pay anything at all".

I’m thinking of pull my daughter from her school and into home school because of the sex Ed coming to her school. How is home schooling.?
Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?

Oh my god @starting_over39, I can’t believe that happened!! Good for you for using your mama intuition to go check on her! I know my daughter has got a great teacher this year, she was mostly worried about staying for lunch and being away from me the whole day. The day ended up going awesome yesterday thankfully!!! 😍
