Whoever said ginger ale helps with nausea is wrong! It does not help with Pregnancy Nausea at all!

Popsicles work best for me whenever it comes back! It's almost immediate relief.

Literally NONE of the remedies worked for me. The only thing that worked was benadryl.

That’s how I feel about peppermint

I always hated ginger ... peppermint tea was my life saver and crackers , I had a hard time finding what worked for me

. just try different remedies.

@al_lopezzzz2718 both my pregnancys i kept away from caffeine. the only time i had caffeine was when baby wasnt moving for 24 hours

it helped me. pineapple , oranges, and strawberries. it doesnt help everyone
