I'm thinking of starting a small garden with Molly. What are some good beginner veggies, fruits and herb that'll be fun to have teach her how to grow things and cook them for her. We have a small kitchen but I'll see if I can put some hanging baskets on our porch

Just figure out what zone you fall under, and figure out what fall veggies to plant at this time would be. Whatever zone you fall under, it should recommend what to plant.
