Anyone know how to treat acid reflux? Going to the dr Wednesday just don’t know if I can wait that long

Promise Promise!!!! Zantac 75!!!!!! I suffered for months until I found out this was on our safe medicine list!!!!! It is AMAZING!!! Longer term than Tums and I even bought off brand version 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

@beyond_beautifulx3, kinda like Pepto bismo but a little worse but it numbs you up good as soon as that stuff hits your mouth it starts numbing lmao

I had it pretty bad and I did all those and it helped but I still went to the dr to make sure it was all gone and they made me drink this medicine that numbs your throat to your stomach and that helped even more

I used tums and they worked sooo good ! I had BAD heartburn when I was pregnant with my daughter

Ginger .. apple cider vinegar .. don’t eat a lot of carbs .. raw almonds .. aloe Vera juice .. water and lemon
