Mommas who exclusively pump, do you pump every so many hours or just when your baby eats?
I exclusively pump every 2-3 hours, with one “power pumping” session a day. My babies are in the nicu, so latching them to my breast isn’t really an option when I can only be with them for a few hours a day.
I used to only pump and now I breastfeed and pump. But when I would pump I usually would pump every 2 hours or every time I would leak. It’s best since if you don’t pump constantly you can get milk clots .
pumping is a tough job -____- hope linn g do you mommies pump for? ??
Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖
Government Assistance and Breast Pump
Is there any mommy's on here that used to be or is on Government Assistance? And knows if they cover breast pumps?

My stash!! I'm super pumped
Breast pump covered by insurance
I've already done what I needed to find out what type of pump I get covered through insurance. It turns out, with my insurance, I can't even get my pump shipped to me until I call them with all the birth details of my baby. So...wth am I supposed to do having a baby and no pump?! I plan to pump exclusively and this REALLY throws a wrench in my plans.
When I pumped (many moons ago Lol), I did every 3 hours minimum. Even through the night. My son struggled with latch, so I would try to get him to nurse first, and if that didn’t work, he’d get a bottle of breast milk and then I pumped.
