Michigan is good for that, they don't give you any extra time. If you miss the deadline, you just have to reapply. It would have said in your notice about the check stubs if the documentation isn't received by whatever date, your benefits will expire on whatever date.

@lpheartsyou, just so stupid. Like what if I didnt look and I went to the store and got all my food together and then found out there that they got cut off? They need to send a letter saying it’s cut off or lowered or whatever. That’s crap. Now i have no food for my kids. We have a whole 5 dollars to our name. I feel so stupid and low asking someone for food for my kids

You'll probably get the letter in a few days saying you missed the deadline and have to reapply. They're good for that. Switch to online use, you can check everything a lot faster then they send you shit in the mail.

I never got a letter they cut ours out completely we got $15 a month for a family of four

If u don't hand in the requirements on time they cut u off then u have to reapply to get them back

Did you read everything on the letter? It might say failure to comply results in losing your benefits or something along those lines. They’ll probably put your money through once they process your documents.
