Do doctors give you pills when you wanna stop breastfeeding to stop the milk from coming in ?
If you’re positive you want to stop breastfeeding, I’m sure it’s much healthier to try natural ways to dry up milk... cabbage leaves, ice packs, slowly decreasing # of feedings, etc.
Jip the dr does... You must ask for it... Its 8x pills you take 3x a day... I take it and my breast milk is gone.. (im not alowed to breastfeed because of a medical problem)
@bulmabreigh3, i was only going of breastfeed for a month and my son is so used to it he’s not liking formula
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

I’ve never heard of pills but I guess you could ask. If you want to stop then I’d suggest doing it gradually by dropping one feeding at a time and let your supply decrease. You’ll want to pump milk and mix with formula so your baby can get used to the taste. This process could take months though since you’re barely 3 weeks pp and probably have a lot of milk. Why not just keep feeding longer? Are you going back to work?
