So before I got pregnant, I had struggled with my weight and was finally happy with my physique but at 19-20 weeks, the bump is OUT and (pardon the tmi) my boobs are huge. I appreciate my little miracle and understand that, to accommodate, my body is changing but I can't help but have flash backs of my "big girl" days and feel self conscious.
Does anyone else have this issue? Is something I just need to get over? How have you coped?
Always- many thanks 😊
@alice-quinnsmommy thank you. That's reassuring. Everyone says I'm having an "all belly" pregnancy but we all see ourselves differently in the mirror😌 thanks again.
I was overweight for years and everyone around me would poke at me and make fun of me for it. I finally figured out how to take care of it and got myself to lose the weight. I got to a place where I loved my body and my size. I knew I was going to gain weight when I got pregnant and baby grew but after it happened I had the flash backs too, I broke my heaviest weight recently; and was very self conscious until later on. The best advice I've been given and can pass on is that when baby comes most of the weight will fall off and you will snapback, especially if this is your first baby and if you choose to breastfeed it helps the extra weight leave sooner. I promise from my experience going through this pregnancy, it will start to matter less as you and baby progress and I'm sure after the little one is born it's not the number one thing you will be thinking about.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
@ladylis92 Of course, you look great, momma. Hang in there. 💕💕💕
