I’m expecting my first baby, I’m having a girl. Getting ready to give birth this month, due date is September 26. I live in Owings Mills and I’m just mentally preparing myself for this, I’m extremely nervous and excited at the same time. I’ve been speaking to many moms getting difference advice and experiences, I’m just counting down the days. #myfirstpost

I live in Temple Hills & I’m due on the 9th. I’ve been watching labor & delivery vlogs on YouTube & doing some google searches trying to prepare myself
I’ve had contractions the whole day, my legs are now numb from it
@stephaniep2689, yes ! It will all be worth it at the end. That’s all I say pushed through the tears and pain at night. I definitely don’t look forward to nights. I sleep more during the day.
@tianachambers20, I am too. I’m so over it. Only thing that’s keeps pushing me to continue w a positive vibe is knowing I get to soon meet my baby girl. But the restless nights and the aches and pains are too much.

The best advice I’ve heard is stay calm. Being calm helps the laboring process progress better

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
