Well...male sperm prefer cooler temperatures, that's why the wives tale about men who wear boxers have more sons. The balls is where sperm are stored. The further away from the body the balls are kept, the more likely boy sperm will be released over the heat-loving girl sperm.

Also, girl sperm are slow but live longer than the faster, shorter lives of the boy sperm, so having sex as close as possible to the ovulation time is preferred for a boy. Also....not sure if it will help, but after sex pull your legs up to your chest and hold them there. Keeps the semen inside and less likely to leak. Use gravity to your advantage.
