Anyone else going to make some lactation cookies? I plan on making some this afternoon, and just freezing the cooked cookies so I can just pull them from the freezer when needed. If you have a recipe you like, please share! Disclaimer- I’m a ftm, so I have no idea if they actually taste good. 🤣

Do you know if the cookies will only stay good for two week in the freezer like regular breastmilk? These are awesome!

@followthegreenlady, from the post, they mention this is a great gift for a new mom, and to either make half, freeze the dough, or make them all and freeze. No mention on expiration. I’m only 35 weeks, so depending on when I go, mine will be in the freezer awhile before I actually start eating them.

@followthegreenlady, I think it’s fine, just think of the store made lactation cookies that sit on the store shelves prepackaged.
