My son won’t sleep in his bassinet.. I think it may be because there’s no body heat? Any suggestions on how I can get him to sleep in there?? 🙏🏼
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
I see so many mommies giving their babies rice cereal to sleep even though it's not recommended? Why?
I feel like I'll never sleep normally again
I can't sleep & im bored so i wonder *how you knew you were pregnant?* ☺

@motherlyof2, I just bathe him a few times a week.. it does help tho. But now he’s slowly accepting his bassinet:) a little bit more every night! Last night he slept 2 hours in it!!

For him being so little i really wouldn't bathe him every night all though this so late of a comment sorry ! 😟

@skyee.niicole4, he was 7.5 at birth. Sleep is rare but I know it’s temporary 🙏🏼

@lizsouthwick that's awesome girl I'm glad he's adjusting for you , that stuff is so tuff to go thru when it seems like you can't put them down or have to constantly soothe them back to sleep , i def understand lol .. how much did he weigh when he was born.? if you don't mind me askin 🙃🙃

@skyee.niicole4, For some reason he panics when swaddled 🤷🏼♀️ I’ve been doing a bath & then feeding him.. snuggled until sweaty lol then lay him down. He’s doing better! He wakes often but he’ll sleep in there a little bit now 🙂👏🏼

do you swaddle.? that may work my baby was the same way and that seemed to be the only thing to work .. or a nice warm bath then swaddled (does that seem like too much heat.?) and it may not be relevant in your opinion but they have these belly bands that you can heat up at walmart and you put it on your baby it's originally made for colic babies but hey anything that will work right lol .. that's just some things I've done that helped .. ☺☺ hope you find somethin to help hun ..

This is me. He'll fall asleep while I rock and nurse him but the minute he goes into the bassinet he'll wake up. I may have gotten 2 or 3 hours of sleep tonight, if that. 😫

@bitchcraft, it’s not low enough.. I’ve tried laying him in there asleep & he wakes up crying almost immediately. Tried laying him down & rocking it..after an hour I gave up. Tried the music & vibration, no luck. Tried keeping my hand on him until he’s asleep & nope 🤦🏼♀️
