Parents that harm their child in any way need to be put in prison period! 45 years for giving your baby's marijuana... but you can get off the hook by "forgetting" your child in a hot ass car and killing them. The government is really fucked up, just wow.

Honestly the system is fucked BUT with all the plead deals people get makes it even more confusing.. I know someone who dated a family member, he sold an underage child numerous times, also had federal charges and they said he was facing 50 years.. He only spent 5 yrs in jail and got out last year😣 really they never spend that much time in. If I remember right he had 7 or 8 charges, state and federal. It's not fair at all..

The whole system is so screwed up! There’s a guy who got arrested not too far from me in Myrtle Beach for wanting to kidnap, rape, and EAT a child and they let him go! So now there’s some guy walking around wanting to rape and eat a child. Makes sense 😡

I don't know if you heard about the Nadia Gibbon's case here in Cleveland Ohio?? Well, I personally know the woman Summer Shalodi- who drugged and killed Nadia Gibbon's- and Summer only received 20years in prison... It's bullshit that she actually KILLS a child and gets less time than these chicks... What they did was stupid etc- but in my opinion 45yrs it a little too much for this case...

@klazaro, Trust me, your opinion is not unpopular. There’s no way you wouldn’t smell weed on those kids whether it been on their clothes on in their mouth. She should be in trouble too. They are way too little for you not to be more concerned about who you leave them with and what’s happening to them.

@disfanlaur, That’s so horrifying. There was a man in my area stalking children in a Lowe’s parking lot not even 10 minutes from my house. And another incident of an old man forcing his way into a family bathroom while a little boy was in there and tried to lock the mother (who was pregnant and already stated her son was using it) out of the bathroom in a Weis. The manager just let the man go and told the mom the bathroom is for multiple people🤦🏾‍♀️🤬

@aengl I know! Her and I were preschool teachers together. I would catch her falling asleep in class and then a box fell out of her purse- it said Suboxone on it... I researched it and that strip is used to out under the tongue and it's for heroin addicts... I went to the supervisor of the school, and the administrator and I was told that I needed to mind my own business... A little boy that was in the preschool class had to take Benadryl every single day before recess is Benadryl is coming up missing every couple days... A few times the administrator herself replace the Benadryl so nothing would be said... There was this little boy Mason one day that wasn't waking up and I believe it was because she was giving those kids Benadryl the mom is freaking out and thought maybe he was sick and then finally he woke up and was just saying he was tired. I finally called CPS on the school and I know a few others did as well... Myself and for other teachers left at school.. later on summer went on to another school that had a daycare connected to it that's where she made friends with Nadia Gibbons mother... She offered to watch Nadia and that was the outcome... It's so sad, but in many ways I almost blame that administrator for turning me away and telling me to mind my own business because if they would have noticed if they would have paid attention and if they would have taken care of it maybe that wouldn't have happened.
