Need advice ladies help
My 3 month old has high fevers 103/103.5 /104
Emergency did nothing just gave him Tylenol its not helping at all takes forever to work and they said its a virus, he is crying he has no voice at this point
Second night we haven’t slept
His pediatrician said only infant Tylenol no moutrin
What can i do that can lower fever other than bath

@_sheriee, nothing he just asked me if he was circumcised, i said yes he goes it cant be urine infection
@addykelli, maybe because at er it was 101.7 but still its high in my book and i told them i have him tylenol hour before they checked so i donno
Get a second opinion. I’ve never heard of a pediatrician or ER doc just brushing a high fever like that off in a infant.
@salogogo, I definitely would. And I would have them run tests. He’s to young to have a temp that high.

@_sheriee, no they did not they checked him and said his ears lungs everything looks good he even said not to give him Tylenol at 102 🤦🏻♀️I explained he is burning he wont drink milk if his tem is out of control
That’s really high for a 3 month old...i would be getting a second opinion.
Take somewhere else. That’s really young to be having a fever that high.
Aww I agree, lots of skin to skin, keep him hydrated. Not sure if you can do this with him so little so plz double check with a doctor.. applying a garlic paste (mashed garlic) with olive oil on the soles of the feet help, as well as adding a little apple cider vinegar to the bath. But as others said get a second opinion.. it’s high 🤔 no ear infection going on?
Get a second opinion. That’s really high for being so young. Did they do any test?
If my babies have fevers, I take a lukewarm/cool shower (slowly progress temp down to not shock his system), leave clothes off with light blanket, lots of skin on skin. Honestly at that age they should have checked him out more.

Poor little man has his first fever. 🤒
The pediatrician said because he’s a big boy weight wise, he can have 1.25mL of Infants Tylenol. I’m hoping that clears it up. 🙏🏼

So I got this awesome bottle warmer that has a cooling chamber so you don't have to go to the fridge for a bottle. My husband told his co-worker about it and she asked why we needed it if I'm going to breastfeed. He said its for when I start pumping so he can help with feedings at night. She then said he shouldn't have to get up and help because I don't work.
My doctor said I can give baby rice cereal yay !!!! He said good head control !!!!
Baby is running a fever
DS is 8 months old and is running a fever. He just had shots yesterday but he already had these shots before so I don't think it's from that. I called the dr and they said give Tylenol. It brings the fever down but doesn't break it. You can tell he doesn't feel good either. All he wants is snuggles. What else can I do to help him feel better ?
Poor princess has a fever of 102. Doctor said go home & just give Tylenol & Motrin. Shell get over it.
