You can only be in a hot tub for 5-10 minuets

It’s like a heating pad, but way more relaxing, that some doctors will advise you to use if you experience cramping or ligament pain.

I googled it and it said hot baths are fine, just not too hot

I think its hottubs that you can't be in while pregnant. Not a hot bath.

@mommytosophia2019 oh that's crazy I took hot baths throughout my pregnancy, my Dr actually told me to take one when I was hurting bad when I was 10 weeks
