When mine worked 21 in 7 out my days off never lined up, we would usually get 2 days off together once a month.

@beakymcspence @aileenlovee we get up at 4am and he leaves by 530 i get the kid off to school by 635 and then i wait til they both come home .... idk how i manage ... yeah there for awhile we werw getting up at 3am and he would pull 18-20+ hour shifts when doing the fort smith run .... they finally made him split the day into 2 days and have him stay the night ... ugh

My man works overnights :/ and I work 7am-5pm . So he’s asleep for work when i get home and not home yet when i leave . We only have the weekends and we’re always so pooped

I know right but its about a 1600 dollar check for him to go out there and i understand we need the money but uuuuuugh its so lonely ! That sucks girl maybe he should take his experience else where and find something better . i know its harder than it sounds though , my husband's a house mover so hes always on the road.. Atleast once every month and everyday its different hours but starts at 7:00 am daily and sometimes isnt home till 10 at night . It sucks i never really know when he'll be off so i can't ever make plans 😒

Mine works in the oilfield and worked in camp for many years 21 days in 7 out. You eventually get used to it.

@aileenlovee o geez .. why do jobs have to do that to familys?? i know my husbands job treats him like crap yet talks good about him and yet pays guys better then him that know nothing about the job and hes been in this line of work for 24 years and been with this company for 12 .... hes a lawncare landscaper btw

Same my husband's job sent him to Mississippi for 6 days this morning 😒
