What does this look like? After she got bit my a dang bug/tick whatever it was a couple weeks ago, it's just one thing after the next.
@danielzamor2007 She said her legs look like hand foot and mouth disease, but it's not in her mouth on her hands or feet, so her next thing would be the Amoxicillin. 🤷♀️
@bhtslove How did her doctor appointment go? Poor girl- and poor you... It sucks to see your baby sick or having any problems.
@bhtslove I know how that goes...my last 2 were like that!! They've gotten better with age. I know there are liquid probiotics but I don't know if they are nondairy or what they taste like. Good luck to you both...at least she has a good mama who loves on her and takes her to the doctor! Not all babies are so lucky. 🙂
@lifeisgood2me Thank you! My kiddo is so picky it's hard to get her to take anything that isn't breastmilk. She doesn't even eat solids yet. 🤷♀️
I took this same kind (but for adults) while I was on antibiotics for Lyme and for many months after. Bc I was on antibiotics for 2 mths I had to take them regularly.
@tattooedmommyof4 I know I feel so bad for her poor little self! But she's been a champ through it all at least. She had a 103.8 fever and was still playing. 🤷♀️
@bhtslove aww poor thing has been through a lot. I hope you get some answers today!
@tattooedmommyof4 When she first started the meds, she broke out in a rash the next day, thought it was maybe the meds, turns out it was Roseola. 🙈 Which I'm partially happy about because if it was the Amoxicillin the other meds she woulda been switched to basically woulda been horrible.
@lifeisgood2me I'm so sorry that has happened to you! Lyme Diease is defnitely scary, I will watch her!
Aren't probiotics all basically powder? Or are there other forms? She can't have dairy either, so. That cancels out Yogurt.
@danielzamor2007 Ugh yes, she's always had runny poop but since this bite and then the meds she had had really runny poops, and often. Doesn't help her poor bum bum situation. Haha.
@bhtslove My son had an ear infection when he was a little boy... He was given amoxicillin and he ended up with a rash that looked just like that- and his poop was runny too... It could just be from the amoxicillin.
One of my girls is allergic to amoxicillin, she gets a rash all over. My other daughter was just diagnosed with eczema she gets a similar rash sometimes.
@bhtslove Oh that's good, glad you took her back! It does sound like a tick bite and it's better safe than sorry. It sounds like she has a good pedi! You should talk to your pedi about doing probiotics since she's getting the yeast infection. A lot of times the lyme tests can be a false negative they are really not very accurate. Even after treatment make sure to watch out for the symptoms bc they can linger and come back. It can cause a lot of different things! I had a ton of symptoms and ended up in the ER with Left Bundle Branch Block, Dilated Cardiomyopathy & Congestive Heart Failure. I also got severe arthritis in my right knee and recently my left knee started hurting. Lyme Disease has caused irreversible damage to my body and heart. My symptoms I had/have are brain fog, memory problems, severe headaches not relieved with medicine, severe neck stiffness/pain, all over body aches and stiffness & severe fatigue. My heart symptoms were shortness of breath with simple activity, fatigue & tingling in my toes. By the time I went to the ER I had sudden shortness of breath at rest, chest pressure/ache, I was lightheaded & had heart palpitations. So just keep a close eye on her and watch out for any out of the ordinary symptoms to make sure she's okay.
@lifeisgood2me She already has an appointment today at 3:45 I just scheduled. They didn't do a blood test yet, because our pedi said it could take up to 4 weeks to show postive. So she started her on Lyme Diease meds right away because she didn't want to wait. She's still on them currently. I saw no tick on her, so I'm not sure if it really was or was not from a tick, it just looked like a swollen mosquito bite for a couple days, but it did get a very circular red ring around it a couple days after, so that's why she's on meds. The red ring disappeared with in only a couple days, but my pedi said because it was so prominent when she had it that she didn't want to rule it out, and didn't have enough confidence to say it was not a tick. (The first time I took her in her pedi wasn't there and the lady told me definitely not a tick, but I only trust her pedi so we went back.)
@lifeisgood2me She has been treated for Lyme Disease, and had roseola, now a yeast infection because of her meds.
@danielzamor2007 Yes, Amoxicillin for Lyme Disease.
Is she on antibiotics or anything??? Some antibiotics can do that too.
You said since she got bit by a bug it's just one thing after another....what else has she had wrong with her? If it was a tick they stay attached until they are done feeding and then fall off. And they transmit many different diseases.
I'd say heat rash or possibly hives due to having an allergic reaction to something... Lotion, spray, soap, food etc... Hands ,foot, and mouth- you'd see blisters type looking bumps on the bottom of her feet, palms of her hands, and obviously in her mouth.... Plus she wouldn't be acting herself and would have a fever as well.... So if she doesn't have any of those symptoms I'd rule that one out.
@adams2017 Yeah, we just rarely leave the house, and I don't put her in shopping carts, so I'm baffled lol. I have really bad OCD so I basically keep my kids away from everything in public and on me, and we only go out rarely. Haha.
@bhtslove, you can get it from her being in a shopping cart pretty much anything she touches or put in her mouth she can’t get it like that
@inked_mommy92 Yeah, she has an appointment. I just don't get how she'd get it cause we rarely go anywhere. ☹
@bhtslove, Does she go to daycare?
@bhtslove, I’d have her checked out because it’s highly contagious. My daughters had it 4 times and my two step sons they’ve have it before as well!
@adams2017 I made her an appointment. i just don't get how she'd get it. And she showed no other symptoms. ☹
@inked_mommy92 Someone else said that but idk I haven't seen any. ☹
Looks like hand foot and mouth I’d visit the doctor had allot of kiddos in my class have this .
Does she have any sores on her hands, feet or mouth? It could be hand, mouth & foot? It’s been going around really bad
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Rainbow in the sky after walking my 2 mutts last night. Here's to hoping for us all! ?
@bhtslove That's what I was thinking... It definitely does look like hands, foot, & mouth- but without the obvious blisters in those areas, it couldn't be... When I was pregnant with my daughter- (unknowingly) I was around my neighbors twins that had hand, foot, and mouth, so I ended up with it.... It definitely wasn't fun- and I felt super sickly... So I'm glad that's been ruled out... Hopefully she'll be cleared up soon... 😉
