Girl, this is so real for so many of us. I try to make sure to be careful how I say those things because I totally understand not wanting my kids to stress over our finances, they shouldn't have to. But I hope it's reassuring to you that our kids will be more appreciative and if rather have a grateful, humble child than a child that acts entitled, spoiled or selfish. So many people on this planet live off of the bare nessacities and less and honestly it makes for a much better human in my opinion. <3 I grew up with fuck all and my husband grew up on the phrase "we're on a budget ", so I get you.
