Hello , question ladies . Has anyone heard of the organic powder or pill called (Maca or Maca root) is so has anyone taken it while pregnant or breastfeeding ? I really wanna gain weight but it’s kinda hard while breastfeeding . There’s been no study on this but a lot of women say it helps with their milk production while breastfeeding . Feel free to comment ☺️

I don't think it's safe while breastfeeding, I also want to take it for my pcos, but I'm waiting till my son weans. If you want to gain weight up your calorie intake.
