Ok ladies. So I’m transitioning to a vegetarian diet (meat makes me sick anyways). Has anyone conceived on a vegetarian diet that has infertility issues? I’ve heard eating a vegetarian diet can hinder fertility. Is this true or a myth?
@beakymcspence, maybe that’s my confusion. Would you mind messaging me. I have some questions as to where to begin with transitioning to a vegetarian lifestyle
You may be thinking Vegan diets can hinder fertility because often unless proper supplementation is done they struggle to take in enough B-12. Which we as vegetarians ourselves in our home get from eggs and dairy products etc.
We are vegetarians. Nothing I’ve ever heard as a maternity nurse or someone who struggles with infertility points to veggies hindering conceiving. I’m going to say that’s a big silly myth. The academy of dieticians say that less animal protein and more vegetable protein is the foundation of their fertility diet.

Has anyone tried the Keto diet?

Calling all vegetarian ladies. I'm thinking of making the switch and becoming vegetarian. I've pretty much eliminated beef and pork from my diet. I'm looking at phasing out the poultry and fish next. How did yall do it? What was the hardest?

Still on this clear liquid diet 😩😩😩
@journeytobaby, absolutely!
