@annieb3be, amazing! I picked on up last night from Asda pharmacy but got home and it’s not the right type so changing it today, I really hope it works I’ve never been in so much pain x

I've been using a tens for a while now, it is brilliant for sciatic and lower back pain. I asked my midwife at 26 weeks appointment if it was okey she said it was fine as long as I'm not using it excessively all the time, which I don't really need to after about an hour or so my back eases up and I feel a lot more comfortable. I Hope you can find some relief it's horrible being in so much pain and having to suffer. X

@vixster, how early did you start using it?? Online say the only difference is the size of the pads? But I literally can’t cope any more especially with work😥xx

@vixster, does it have to be a maternity one? I read they’re the same?x
