And that’s honestly how I feel, like if I just get it out I’ll be fine , but it won’t come up, I’ll just do a lot of gagging and my mouth waters but nothing with come up . Thanks for the advice I’m going to try some of this stuff ☹️ @scared_shtless,
Organic ginger ale saved my life. Crackers. Ramen noodles. Toast. Try to avoid fresh fruit until you've already put something in your stomach. Don't take any vitamins until later in the day and you've been active for a while. Drink water with lemon. Sometimes you just have to throw up once and you'll feel better/will be able to eat for the rest of the day. I would wake up (10 or 11a), eat a piece of dry toast, throw up, and then be able to make a real breakfast with meat and eggs around 12 that would settle my stomach and then I'd have a snack (half a sandwich, ramen, pack of crackers) around 2:30/3 and be able to take my vitamins and proceed normally through dinner. Best of luck mama!
The preggy pop candies helped me last pregnancy but I haven’t felt it had enough this time to need them. They are kind of pricy but I felt worth it since they worked for me.
