If you don't have a vehicle or license, take the public bus system. I'm sure you can find a ton of applications you can fill out online since you have the means to.

@reyjenetapia700 time to find a job. Anything to bring in income to support yourself and get everything set up to start the process of fighting for custody of you've son. It won't help living with abusive family members who want to see you fail in life. Did you ever report the step dad hitting you or the babysitters?

@reyjenetapia700 my mom will bytch and complain about my daughter and yell at me for it but when i tell her "well give her back then " she starts laughing at me and says im not suitable ... and i have no rights to her... if anything happena to my mom .. my brother who is crippled will either have her or my sister who has a job will have her ... it makes my blood boil .... i watch and take care of my hubbys 8 year old if he isnt home for tge night due to his job im more then capable .... but her other excuse is cuz i got another baby on the way and she dont think i can handle it ..(ive never spent time with her cuz she wont let,me and her get close enough to know anything about eachother

@taylorsmommy1017 @reyjenetapia700 my mom has my daughter and the story how that happen is pretty fuxked up in a way .. i was always told how im doing things wrong and never told what i did right at all ... my mom said if anything happens to her .. my sister or brother will take my daughter and she aint changing her mind on that ... my hubby wants to change things now and my daughter .. dont even know im her mom .... shes on.meds and in freaking counceling ... im thankful in a way cuz i went down the wrong path before i met my husband and wasnt able to get out but im doing so much better and i wish i could have my daughter 😟

She let this evil mean babysitter and baby sitting kids take advantage of me hurt me mistreat me and abuse me and I was rape in that day care

What's missing? How is she your guardian as an adult? Forcing you to sign over your rights is illegal. You may want to seek legal help.

@reyjenetapia700 actually your kinda in the position i. in .. did she get gaurdianship of you and your over 18 im assuming ... so what you need to do is once you get a job and stick with it for a while go to the courts and show them documents and prove to them you are on the right track to making things right start out slow order weekend visitations and what not .. go slow with visitations and stuff ... good luck hun 😘😊

She can’t make you do anything and if she forced you to sign the rights away that’s against the law. They should of asked you if you were forced to do it.
