Pumped two oz out of each breast could've done more but had to get lil man he's ready to eat again

@taylorsmommy1017, I drink almost a gallon of water a day. I’ve tried power pumping and all it did was make my nipples throb and hurt (I couldn’t nurse my little girl for a couple of hours after that). I also have eaten enough oatmeal to sink a battle ship.

@jenzuniga sometimes you just don't respond to the pump! It's not your fault. I don't respond to pumps at all, but I can hand express a lot out.

@ambrerumph1440, I’m still nursing her three times a day (mainly for bonding) and I pump once. I take all of my prenatal vitamins and the herbal supplements daily, we had to supplement with formula because she wasn’t at the weight her pediatrician wanted (she was born two weeks early due to IUGR- intrauterine growth restricted and weighed 5lbs 5oz at birth). She is a healthy 7lbs 15oz as of yesterday.

@ambrerumph1440, lmao man that’s crazy lol that happened to me outside one day I was big mad. That was the day I had to get pads for it lol but it doesn’t leak like that anymore that day was just crazy

@mommamia18 ooooo I hate that I be upset I was standing in the shower and they started leaking all over me I was so mad I had to get out they wouldn't stop come fees him hurry get back in there while he was sleeping to wash it all off of me

@jenzuniga awwwww mama sorry to hear that I know you really want what's best for baby do you still take prenatals they told me that will help I hope mine stay good cause I think it's good for baby but at least you tried so that's all that matter and don't let nobody judge or tell you different

@mommamia18 today is my first day pumping these girls been screaming I had to get some out but they still full as idk what and my milk never dried up from my 4 year old so I think that's what helping me

I did not get birth control before leaving the hospital. I talk to a couple of close friends who are lactation consultants and I have spoken to my daughter’s pediatrician and sometimes it just happens

@jenzuniga did you get birth control before leaving the hospital? They told me that wait it out for birth control but I didn't? Are you able to have a lactation nurse come in and show you how to get your supply up I have one come once a week

I give her 3 oz and sometimes I can barely do 2 or 2 and a half

My supply isn’t the best either but sometimes it’s just right sometimes it’s not enough it’s aggravating 😭

I wish I could pump that much. My breastfeeding journey isn’t going so well.
