You still have 5 weeks or more for baby to flip plenty of time.

I would love to say positive words, but my baby has been Frank breech since before 35w. I've had weekly U/S since 36w. Baby hasn't flipped and I'm having my c-section on Wednesday. Mind you, it wasn't until my 37w appt that they scheduled my c-section and still did weekly U/S. He plans on doing another when I go in on Wednesday. I had 8cm of fluid at my 36w U/S, 11cm at my 37w, then 7cm at my 38w... baby never flipped. The less fluid you have, the harder it will be for baby to flip.
Good luck though!!!

Also, I was suggested the ECV (where they externally turn baby), but I turned it down. I've already had 2 vaginal births. The thought of going through the ECV, hearing the risks, and possible outcomes, I decided not to do it. Do your research. I have heard success stories... But not enough for me to want to go through with it.

Мама двоих (младенец)
My 3 month old was breeched and we did the external turn ( which worked) but baby flipped back to breech. Ended up having c-section anyway. That was my first surgery ever and was scared shitless... I actually preferred that over natural and felt I healed a little quicker.

Baby can turn at any moment😁

Мама дочки (8 лет), беременна (16 нед.)
My daughter was Frank Breech and I had a c section. It was so funny when the doctors would explain how the feet/legs sprung up instantly and how it was soooo cute. I couldn't picture it and would be in my head like how the hell will I change her diapers with her legs up to her ears???? But I kid you not..the cutest shit I ever saw and it only happened soon as she came out but once she was swaddled they stayed down lol. You'll be fine ❤

@aharrell815, that’s one thing I was worried about was his legs but that makes me feel better!

@nschlegel, yeah and my baby is measuring big so it’s even harder they said... they also told me that if he does turn having a vaginal birth it could be risky because his head and shoulders could get stuck

@jb15 definitely. Just because they turned doesn't mean baby will be engaged. 🤷♀️ they were talking about possible placental abruption, if the baby can't handle the turning... etc it would all lead to a csection. It wasn't that important to me to go natural for the 3rd time. But if you ever decide to have another, you could always try a vbac!

@nschlegel, yeah I just want him to be healthy!! That’s most important! Just a little scared for surgery

@jb15 I get it! Me too! I go in on Wednesday and right now, I'm fine, but I already know my anxiety is going to kick in high gear when the time comes.
