So “The letdown” on Netflix, if anyone’s watched the show, can someone tell me how close to my reality that’s going to be? I’m genuinely worried more so because, my continent (Africa) fails to provide non judgmental support groups to new moms. Women are expected to die inside alone with their feelings.

@mz.foy14, help will be there, the question is will I get help without judgement (VERY unlikely). But yeah, I don’t have a choice. Suck it up and get through 🤷🏾♀️all will be well. Plus if all else fails, I chat to you wonderful moms on here 😊
