Had a over the phone interview today with a hotel and they hung up on me as soon as i mentioned i had a 1 month old son…

Why would they do that?!

@renata.shumelda no clue ! Everything was going good until they asked why i left my last job i said because i was pregnant and now my son is one month old and then hung up on me , some places 😒

Don't tell the truth.. I don't even reve that I'm married till after I'm hired and it comes up in conversation. They will judge you. If they ask why you aren't at your last job tell them contract ended or you were covering a mat leave etc or because of relocation.

I would put them on blast and see how fast they change their tune. Then I would reject any offer I received 🤷‍♀️😂
