He may not want to eat. Popsicles, anything cold if in his mouth. Calamine lotion or hydrocortisone cream to help the itch.

It’s on his bum and back would oatmeal bath help?

Tylenol and ibuprofen switch them. It’s awful I went through it with my oldest. Baths somewhat helped but as soon as he was out he was crying.
