Question. I ONLY breast feed. My son is 2m old and never touched a bottle. His “dad” hasn’t seen him in probably a month and didn’t sign his birth certificate. Can he take me to court for custody and if he does will they make me take him off of the boob and pump..?

Legally, if you are Exclusively breastfeeding
You can always pump for you’re baby if it came to that or start introducing baby to different nipples for the bottle ..
He would have to establish paternity first. I honestly don’t think a judge will allow him overnights or anything like that since he’s so small and breastfed. It might be visitations.
First he would have to do a DNA test and second no they would not make you pump they probably just have him come to where you are and see your son
