Good morning! My dh has to go to Vegas for a work conference/training soon. My mom is coming to watch the kids so I can go with him. My question is, what should I do while he's busy? I've been to Vegas a couple of times before. I know I want to see the lights on Fremont street. I want to read a good book by the pool. And I want to window shop at all the boutiques. For those that know the area, is there anything that I have to do or see while I'm there? I'm really excited to have free time to myself, I want to make sure that I don't waste it!

There’s a cool museum close to the Fremont experience called the mob museum! We killed a few hours there easily.

While you are their you should just see what is their as shows,entertainment ect. It’s been about 15 years the last time I been their. I love the slot machines!!

@yayacarrington, this is how you learn how to play craps: go early, like before lunch when the tables aren’t full. Put $20 down and ask them to walk you through it. More than likely you will lose those $20 but you will see where your money goes and understand the rules.
Go to a few great restaurants! Day drink.. massage? The stratosphere has great views and a cool ride!
@mojobebe I have no idea how to play craps. I'll try to learn before I go. The idea of skydiving makes my eye twitch, but I will definitely look into the shows!
