I feel guilty anytime I do anything for myself....is that normal ?

I feel that way all the time . I never do much for myself anyway . It’s always doing for my son because he comes first and didn’t ask to be here so I make sure he gets what he wants but it’s super normal .
Me too. I cant buy anything for myself without feeling bad.
i see it as a reward for myself. i work, cook and clean every day. you deserve to treat yourself every now and then.
Yea that’s very normal. A good lesson I learned when I was pregnant with my first was you have to do for you to be the best you can for your kids. When you feel good you will be more adept to enjoying everything around you.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Yea I went to get my hair done today and felt bad for being gone for that 3-4 hours....and I'm just thinking like, that can't be healthy
