Been having cramps all day and just now started to have diarrhoea not sure if I should be worried or not cramps are…

@marissawilliams628 Braxton hicks don't really hurt it's just where your belly goes hard then soft again usually from about 20 weeks but like I say they don't hurt so u might not have noticed them... but from what you've said it does sound like contractions Just ring the hospital tell them what's happening xx

@marissawilliams628 if u had Braxton hicks then you'll know if these are contractions or not cos the pain is worse xx

@marissawilliams628 if they coming regular and lasting a minute or longer then your best making your way to the hospital especially if it is far away xx

@amyecmt, yes they are but it’s so hard to know because I never had a kid before n my hospital is so far away that I don’t wanna go that far then turns out to be false labour xx

Yeah do time them, if they are close and painful then I'd say labour has started xx

@marissawilliams628 I'd give it an hour or so and if the pains get worse and closer together ring the hospital

If they get stronger and closer together, lower backache aswel. Then I'd say it's the start of labour

Sounds like your body is clearing itself out, labour could be round the corner x
