@deeshaylove That is weird. I had an epidural with my first and didn't feel a thing afterwards.
@christi.wynter87, yes def not just you , I actually had to google in the hospital “burning sensation after birth” lol it kept saying epidural and I never even had an epidural I was so confused.
@deeshaylove I thought it was just me 😄 I felt bad because I had to hand her off to my husband almost immediately
@christi.wynter87, yes that’s the sensation I had also lol that and my vagina had sharp pains. The damn dr said “do you wanna hold her or not” I was so mad I was shaking holding my baby girl because of the pain.
@deedeebrown0604, yea I was induced with my first as well . Second baby girl was natural.
The pain was pretty intense during crowning, but it didn't last long. With my youngest, the worst part for me was after the delivery. It was a burning sensation. I was so uncomfortable that I couldn't keep still long enough to hold her.
I’ve had 2. Its intense but totally manageable up until transition for me. That’s the worst part but it only lasts like 20mins maybe? Then pushing is a relief. Pushed 30mins with my first and 3x with my second. 2 second degree tears with my first and then 1 first degree with my second. First was 6lbs 5 oz and second was 8lbs 5 oz. go figure 🤷♀️ the pain is pretty much gone as soon as baby is out. Your belly is sore when they push on it but that’s really it.
I've only had 1 child so far, but the birth was all natural and it wasn't bad at all. My recovery time was also nothing at all. I felt great after!
My first I got induced it was horrible. My second he came on his own not as bad
@christi.wynter87, yes a lot of people say the burning sensation comes later
