this may be TMI but not long ago when i was trying to poop one of my babies is so low i get so scared to push too hard because i feel like she's going to come out so im like miserable because i cant go to the bathroom normally without it feeling weird is that normal at all?

@erikanbethune2 twins that's exciting! I don't know if what you're experiencing is normal but I would imagine it is - there's a lot of pressure sitting low and it's the same muscle groups working. If you're nervous I'd give your OB a call and ask for his or her advice. Maybe stool softeners to reduce the need to push? Good luck mama!
@scared_shtless well thats freaky but I very much know im pregnant and I'm having twins and my water hasn't broken and I'm not in any pain just feels weird going to the bathroom pushing too hard
Not to make this worse but I read an article from the '50s about a woman (who had no idea she was pregnant) going to the bathroom and giving birth to a little girl much to her surprise!

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
