ive been craving a beer or a glass of wine sooo much these past couple of stressful days! but i exclusively breastfeed.. and when i pump my son doesn’t like taking milk in bottles. HELP!! cause i know if u drink a beer u have to wait a couple hrs before feeding. is it the same with wine?

The amount of alcohol that transfers to your milk is so little that it’s okay to drink and breastfeed as long as you aren’t drunk. So feed baby then get your drink on after so you have time before the next feed.
I’m not in the States but I’m sure I read that if you’re safe enough to drive you’re safe enough to breastfeed. Hopefully someone can confirm that.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Be careful with wine it can make your baby very gassy. I remember I had wine one time when my daughter was a baby and she was so gassy and had bad reflux. So I never drank again after that. It’s hard to wait but to me it’s worth it. My son is 4 months and I’d love to have a margarita but I’m waiting.
