Quick question ladies! Is it safe to go swimming while 2 cm dilated?

Yes

I wouldn’t go in a lake or anything just in case your water breaks but yeah it’s safe

@k_nc yeah no lake. What would be the difference between the lake and a pool?

@prettyflower1033, a lake has a lot more bacteria that could cause infection if you water broke. A pool still has bacteria but it’s more regulated with chlorine and cleaners that it wouldn’t be as harmful
