When is everyone planning on taking their maternity leave? I only ask beause I was booking off my hospital appointments with my manager( she has been really funny about me taking time off for my appointments) and I have one in the middle of October and she said that I'll be on my maternity leave by then....but I'm not due until 18th November? How long is everyone planning on leaving it?
