This night terrors break my heart every time my baby girl has them. She was asleep next to me and just had one 😞 she’s back asleep now

My son gets them as well I hate it so much it’s sad. Bless her I hope they end for her soon

My daughter had them a couple times every night when she got a really bad cold. It lasted for like 2 - 3 weeks straight.
We cosleep, so i just soothe her by telling her “ Its okay, mommy is here “ over and over in a very calm soft voice. &’ When she eventually lets me hold her. I rock her in bed until she falls back asleep. While telling her everything is ok.
Hope your little one is just going through a phase.
