Okay mommy's I need some advice or help on what to do. My daughter is literally always fighting her sleep like all the freaking time and I always pick up on her cues like if she is rubbing her eyes I put her in the crib but every single time she goes in the crib she just starts crying as soon as I put her in there and both me and her dad are in the room with her and she still cries..it's now getting to the point where she will keep up my boyfriend's dad. I can't take this anymore I have literally tried everything!! It took her from 12:30am to 5:30am to finally fall asleep! Now please don't judge me and say that it's horrible it took her that long to fall asleep because trust me I know I was up all night dealing with her. So please give me some advice.

I would say try putting her to bed earlier if it takes her that long to go to bed just so she's not bothering anybody else other than that I would say Let Her Cry it out but you have someone else in the house so I'm kind of at a loss. She also may be going through a phase cuz my daughter did that and she's kind of back at it again so I feel your pain.

That sounds good but I think you need to put her to bed earlier. Like 8:00-8:30 if possible. I don’t know about messing with her brain, she is old enough to sleep train and it’s better to do it now before she turns 2 and it becomes even harder. You can stay in the room for a little bit then say good night and leave. If she cries then check in on her every 10 mins but don’t pick her up. It’ll be rough for the first few days but she’ll get it quick because one year olds are smart.

@2sweetie She gets a bath at 7:30pm and I let her play in the tub for a bit and then I nurse her since she is still breastfeeding and then she starts getting sleepy around like 9:00 9:30..We stay in the room with her because my father in law was saying that if we leave her alone in the room it will mess with her brain when she gets older and shell have being alone problems.

What time are you putting her to bed? It sounds like she is overtired and needs to go to bed earlier. And she needs some sleep training. Don’t stay in the room because you are probably just keeping her awake. Look up some methods and see if there’s anything you want to try.

So we got in super late last night. Had to carry my daughter to bed. She had the nerve to try and wake me up at 7:30am saying she wanted breakfast. Smh (She wanted me to fix her a spread)🙄 I told her to choose some cereal. I'll fix her a bowl. Of course there wasn't any cereal that she wanted today 😴 I told her spoiled ass to figure it out and I went back to sleep 😂🤣 She ate an eggo.

Okay moms, I just joined, but need some sleep advice. I have an amazing, spoiled 8 month old baby... She only falls asleep in my arms. She still gets up several time a night to eat [formula] and wakes up constantly wanting me or a paci. She is only sleeping in her crib for about an hour every night. Otherwise She s in bed with me. I am exhausted and want to get her sleeping in her crib all night. And able to fall asleep on her own. Any advice?? Not a fan of CIO methods... Thanks ladies!
