Sooo the last few nights I've gone without my body pillow and downgraded to pillow between the knees and under the belly to keep cool. I actually find that I'm sleeping more comfortably except that in the morning I wake up with horrible hip pain and back pain. Does this happen to anyone else and how do you cope?
Sorry I'm asking so much advice! I'm just excited to have such an awesome forum finally! #yas
I definitely do my best to flip but it usually doesn't start till early morning. I get through most of the night okay but maybe I'm not drinking enough water 😅. Thanks so much!
I flip over and I bring my pillow I'm holding and a water bottle with me to the other side 😂
Do you stay on one side the whole night? I switch sides every time I wake up to pee (which is like every 30min-1hr at this point 😬) as one side will be unbearable. So I flip over and do it again in another hour or so lol. I absolutely hated my pregnancy pillow and I sleep with a pillow between my legs, one to hold onto, and two under my head.
I do love the way people say you will know when your in labour and having contractions well I will be honest I didn't know and my pains weren't that severe till I was fully dilated I'm sure everyone has different pain levels

This is how I sleep, with multiple pillows because I'm SO uncomfortable 🙃. Lmao yeaaa I need to get myself a pregnancy pillow (my poor hubby only has one pillow) 😩🤣
I'm so ready to go into labor but I'm so scared of that pain 😩😩😩
