@sabby, idk I felt like nothing has helped even though I haven’t been that many times I might’ve been expecting something different

If you’ve not been in three weeks, maybe next week you should ? 🤷🏻♀️ I’ve walked away from therapy several times. Always regret it. 💪🏻❤️
