Is it normal to have lower back pain all day at 27 weeks? It gets so bad at times I can’t even walk

@jordanrwilliams25, did it ease up on its own? The doctors just tell me to drink water but of course that does nothing

Mine started at around 26-28. Towards the end it went away :)

@kpcharlie94 yeah when I hit 3rd trimester now it's not so intense.. try warm baths or showers, pillows under you, maybe a benedryl . Tylenol did nothing and they say water for everything so I've learned lol stretching too it may help, alternate sides and walk slowly

Very normal.. child’s pose helps me out sooo much. Just open your legs more for your belly to drop between them works wonders. Immediate relief
