When I did my 6 week check up they had me schedule the baby doc appt to get his shots! So yea like 2 months

Babies will get shots at birth as well as at 1 month, 2 months. 4,6,12,15,18 (months)

This will vary slightly depending on your pediatrician but these are the general CDC guidelines.

I want to say there was a shot after birth. And then nothing until about 2 months, I remember because it was just a few days after I went back to work 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭.

@amysbabies, the vitamin k shot is done after birth while you’re still at the hospital

@kalidream, this is correct expect we never got the 1 month shot ours goes ever 2 months till 6 months !

Hep b and vitamin k at hospital, then at two months

My baby got a couple shots the day after she was born at the hospital then didn't get another till she was 2 months old.

@hail, @alishap1212, a lot of physicians push out the 2nd dose of hep b for one reason or another. CDC recommends it at 1 month but again some offices vary. At my clinic for instance it is done at 1 month 🙃

@kalidream, I understand we had the option and I just felt like waiting when she got the rest of her shots at 2 months
