Advice is welcome!! I know that weight gain is a normal part of this, I just wasn’t expecting to gain this much!! (40+ lbs) most days I cope with it, my SO helps too 😊 but there are some days that I struggle.
During pregnancy how did you ladies cope with wait gain (or weight loss) ? What do you do to make yourself feel beautiful again?? 😊
I gained 50 pounds and lost 40 of it as soon as i gave birth it really does drop quick
I gained 67 with my youngest. He was big and also had extra fluid.
I just made sure that I showered and got dressed when I could. As much as I loved being in pjs and sweats, it helped to feel good too by looking good
I gained 45 pounds with my first and I honestly felt beautiful the whole time because I was feeding and nourishing a baby and she was born nice and healthy. I didn’t worry about the weight until after she was born but it dropped off quicker than I expected without even trying
Accept it and exercise when you're cleared. I was way too busy with a newborn to care sometimes.
What do you mommas recommend for weight gain in a toddler? My son just had surgery and lost a lot of weight so i wanna help him gain some weight.
