Can i take ibuprofen while pregnant or is it just tylenol? I typically never take any kind of pain relief but Lord have mercy my head feels like its going to explode. I have tried everything else to make it go away including a nap and im miserable y'all 😩😩

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I saw at a local pharmacy they have headache relief without ibuprofen in it.. But im pretty sure its just Tylenol and caffeine
