I’m getting really annoyed right now but I can understand my grandma is only trying to help but she keeps telling me that I should go to the hospital but I lost my mucus plug like I thought your only supposed to wait if you have severe contractions and if my water breaks. Ugh I don’t know wtf to do and I’m worried 😒😒
@mrscruz0530, okay but the thing is I don’t know if I should track these cramps I’m having or wait till they’re really bad that’s what I’m confused about 😓 ugh I sound so stupid
I was losing my plug weeks before I had my daughter. I wouldn't go unless you're having consistent contractions with 3-5 minutes apart (depending on how far you are from the hospital)
Yeah I would wait until contractions are consistent otherwise they would prob just send you back home
@bitchcraft, I have pics of the mucus plug I lost yesterday and I actually just lost some more today. May I show you the pictures would it be fine?
I lost large pieces of my mucus plug starting at 36 weeks and I kept getting sent home with 3min contractions due to no progress. Everyone is different, but if it’s just your mucus plus I wouldn’t worry but do go in or call if contractions are steady and frequent and painful
@bitchcraft, I’m having very light cramps but since it’s my first child I don’t really know what contractions feel like besides people telling me it’s severe.
If they're consistent track them. With my first daughter I just had bad cramps and didn't go to the hospital till they were 2-3 mins apart. With my second she came unexpectedly in less than two hours I woke up with one contraction and a few minutes later they came less than a minute apart it was hectic lol.
