I don’t know your situation but is there no way to move your boyfriend out and keep your daughter home until the investigation is over? That’s what I’d do.

In my opinion I’d do that too. I have a friend who’s bf lived with them and they saw their dad and the kids dad told the little girl to start telling people the bf was touching her and stuff and had this innocent little girl believing that’s how to get mommy and daddy back together pretty much (people are sick!) anyway she didn’t make him move out when they did the investigation I guess and they took her kids away from her saying she was neglectful because he still lived there. It’s been almost a year and she doesn’t have her kids back. Over false accusations. I’m sure there is more to the story that she isn’t telling, but the point is, literally do ANYTHING the cps people ask you to. Temporarily it’s gonna be so hard! But anything to show them you are good parents! I hope it is a short process for you!

I agree with mariapb as a second alternative. See me on the other hand (I don’t know your situation ) I have trust issues. With shit that’s been going around the world lately especially here in the states. I have had friends that have been through it and ended up being true, yet cPS did nothing. I don’t care if it’s my daughter or son. BF is out the door and never coming back. I won’t be able to sleep at night wondering the what if, if all came out well. There’s a lot of fish in the sea. Don’t get mad it’s my opinion and thoughts based on what I have seen and heard.

Are you sure the accusations are false? Either way, boyfriend would go bye bye until everything was taken care of.

@mariapb they don't want me to see her either except when I take her to the doctor to do a full exam. And even the trip is going to be supervised

questions as did cps. And the drs and CPS both said that there is no evidence of any type of abuse at all, including sexual and that she is clear to come home.
