Breastfeeding mamas! What are some good ways to make more milk ?

Put baby to chest while doing skin to skin.

The more milk being expressed the more you’ll make. It may be uncomfortable but try pumping after breastfeeding and soon your body will realize it need to make more.

Also drink a ton of water

Lots of water, skin to skin, oatmeal. There are other recipes on Pinterest like smoothies or cookies

Fennel helps too.
